  1. How can I amend or cancel my hotel reservation?
    To amend or cancel your reservation, please refer to the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of booking. This will contain details of how to amend or cancel your reservation.
  2. How do I display hotels based on their star rating?
    To display a list of hotels with the same star rating, use the drop-down box called "Show me..." below the map image. This menu allows you to display all hotels in the vicinity, or hotels that have a two-, three-, four- or five-star rating.
  3. How do I display more than the first six hotels?
    The page will initially only show the first six hotels in the vicinity. To see a list of the next six, click the grey 'next 7-12' link that appears at the bottom of the hotel listing.
  4. I am experiencing problems making a hotel reservation.
    If you are experiencing problems making a reservation, please contact the booking agent to make a reservation.
  5. I have a query about the Hotel Finder service.

  6. I have found the hotel I want to book, how do I make a reservation?
    To make a reservation on line, first select the hotel you wish to stay at. From the hotels website you can check for availability. Once you have found an available room, follow the online instructions to make your booking. You will be taken to a secure server to complete your booking details. All reservations made online are managed through affiliate booking agents. The booking agent for the hotel you have selected will confirm your reservation online at the time of booking and you will receive a confirmation email from the booking agent for your reservation.
  7. How do I find my nearest hotel?
    Once you have displayed a map of your desired location, click on the blue button marked "Hotel" to the left of the map image. A new window will then open showing you the nearest six hotels relative to that map location. Alternatively, click on the "Hotelfinder" button in the "Things to Do" list. This will provide you with an introduction to the hotel service, and a new search box.

    Please be aware that we don't offer an exhaustive list of hotels, so there may be a hotel that you know of that doesn't appear in the database.
