  1. How do I amend MyMultimap user details?
    Please log into your existing MyMultimap account and scroll down to the tools box on the admin page.

    To change your password, click on "Change my password".

    To modify the location of a home or work map, or to change your MyMultimap email address, please click on "Change my details".

    Future versions of the MyMultimap service will include the facility to amend other user details. In the meantime, to request changes, please email us here. Please include your username and password and use the same email address you used when you registered for the service.
  2. What is MyMultimap?
    MyMultimap is a free service that allows you to save the maps and routes that you've searched for. Once you've registered for the service, just use the site as you normally would. However, you now have the ability to save the maps and routes you view the most.

  3. How do I email a saved map or route?
    To email a map or route, you will first have to register for MyMultimap and log in. Once you've registered and logged in, use the site in the normal way.

    To email a map, click on the "Email this map" button in the "My Multimap" box situated to the right of the map image. The system will prompt you to enter your name and email address, the recipient's name and email address, and any message you would like to associate with the map. Clicking the "Send" button will email the map page.

    To email a route, click on the "Email this route" button in the "My Multimap" box situated to the right of the route results. The system will prompt you to enter your name and email address, the recipient's name and email address, and any message you would like to associate with the route. Clicking the "Send" button will email the route page.

    Please note that the "My Multimap" box will only appear on the site if you have correctly logged in.
  4. How do I log in?
    Once you have registered for MyMultimap, you can log in to the service on the following page: 

    MyMultimap Log In.

  5. How do I register?
    To register, just click on the following link and fill in the on-screen form: 

    MyMultimap Registration.

  6. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
    If your password doesn't work, please try entering it in a different case, e.g., "password", "PASSWORD", or "Password".

    If you have forgotten your MyMultimap password,click on sign in?at the top right corner of our homepage and enter your username you originally used to register. The system will generate a new password for you and send it to that email address. You can then log in and change your assigned password to one that is more memorable to you.
  7. Will I be sent junk mail if I register?
    Once you register for MyMultimap, we promise we will not divulge your details to any third party without your full consent. Details on our privacy policy can be found here: Privacy Policy.
